Is an award-winning filmmaker. He has directed music videos for the likes of Moby and shot documentaries and short films for clients such as Microsoft. Wired Magazine defined him “The Next Big Thing” and his works have been presented and awarded at prestigious venues such as the Venice Film Festival, the MART Museum of Contemporary Art, the Rhode Island International Film Festival, the Pordenone Silent Film Festival, the Chicago International Film Festival and the Toronto Silent Film Festival to name a few.
She co-wrote the script with Matteo Bernardini. She has become the case of 2012 London’s Book Fair and her debut novel Children of the Jacaranda Tree has become an international sensation, being translated in 27 languages and published in more than 75 countries. She is published in the U.S. by Atria Publishing/Simon & Schuster.

CESARE BERNARDINI 
COSTUME DESIGNER
​Is one of Italy’s most prominent Directors of Photography. His achievements have been recognized internationally and he has been awarded with the prestigious European Film Awards (EFA). He has been the DoP on 1991 Oscar Winning Foreign Picture Mediterraneo as well as on films like I’m not scared and Siberian Education.
​He has been working as the head of the School of Formation for Permanent Education (SFEP) of the City of Turin. He also taught Methods and Techniques of Education at the University of Turin and at the University of Eastern Piedmont Amedeo Avogadro. After his retirement he has been working extensively as a costume designer and he has signed many of Matteo Bernardini's film works.

PRODUCTION DESIGNER
Together with Cesare Bernardini, he is the Costume Designer on our short film. After a long the Fashion Industry (working as a stylist for maisons such as Gara Ani, Ungaro, Cavalli and Krizia) he turned into a Theatre Costume Designer, becoming the creator of  Arturo Brachetti’s iconic costumes. He is now working on both Film and Theatre productions.
Ascanio has worked extensively on Film, Theatre and Commercial productions. He signed most of Matteo Bernardini’s projects and his work has appeared on films featured in festivals such as the Cannes Film Festival, the Venice Film Festival, the Chicago International Film Festival, the Pordenone Silent Film Festival.
